FAQs

Weather policy

On the day of the charter, your hired captain has the authority to deem weather conditions are "charterable" or "uncharterable" due to inclement weather. Unchartable weather conditions are typically the result of (but are not limited to) heavy storms, gale storms, strong winds, and large waves. Light rain and passing storms are considered chartable. Boats will usally go out rain or shine because we have awnings.  In the case of unchartable weather our team will work with you to temporarily postpone or reschedule your charter to a future date.

Education and safety

Our highest priority is providing a safe boat rental for our guests. Our team consists of seasoned professionals that will educate your group on water safety essentials from the time of your booking until departure. Our vessel meets and exceeds USCG safety equipment standards, and are disinfected between charters, and deep cleaned frequently.
